I've been slacking on the updates, busy with travel and work. We're also in the doldrums of the golf season, awaiting the final Major.
So since I last checked in... JJ Spaun won the US Open and Keegan Bradley won a siggy event. Which probably puts them both on the Ryder Cup team and thus guaranteeing our first loss on US soil since 2012.
Aldrich Potgieter won the Rocket Classic for his first victory. He's leading the TOUR in driving distance (327+) at only 20 years old. He's actually taking speed off his swing, attempting to be more accurate, and will still probably set a new single season record average. The upcoming ball roll-back isn't enough, as there are currently 8 players on the Korn Ferry Tour averaging over 315. And countless more guys still in college.
The John Deere is currently underway at TPC Deere Run... and scores are already super low. The field is stinky — as you can imagine the week before most players head to the Scottish Open. It's actually the 2nd stinkiest non-opposite field event of the season... only beating the laughable Mexico Open in strength of field.

Good luck!
