Superstar in the making Ludvig Aberg won his 2nd PGA TOUR event last weekend — and his first on a big-boy course against the big boys.
The era of desperately searching for the "Next Tiger" officially ended when Rory McIlroy stalled out at 4 Majors over 10 years ago... so we should be realistic in our predictions and analysis. That being said, the battle between Rory (58% selected) and Ludvig (33%) in Group 1.1 might be a lot closer than people initially thought.
Further down the leader board, Scottie, Fleetwood, and Akshay all got their first points of the season. And as we typically see with these Signature events, we had a lot of movement in our standings due to the higher scoring.
No golf this week... unless you count the Mexico Open.
Which, of course, we do.
The field is terrible, and with Maverick McNealy bailing, the highest ranked player is Aaron Rai at 29th in the World. They're scraping the actual bottom of the barrel to fill spots. If you have a pulse, and some sort of PGA affiliation, you can tee it up.

This will easily be the worst non-Opposite field rating in 2025.
Congrats if you somehow earn points.
Good luck!
