We had a couple of dud tournaments since my last post, as the TOUR season flat-lines before the Masters. Nobody in our pool scored more that 8 points at the Mexico Open. Last week in the Jupiter Swamp was a little more profitable. Twenty golfers scored points, eight of which were drafted and seven of those were in groups 3.2 and 4.1. A great day for the mules on your team!
There's another stinker this week, at the Puerto Rico Open, which somehow has a much worse strength of field than the Mexico Open. Christiaan Bezuidenhout is the highest ranked golfer at '#61 in the world. If the TOUR and LIV ever do merge, they should force the LIV guys to play in these opposite events for a couple of years.
The bigger event — and worth 1.5x — is the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill. Every top 20 player who is not in LIV will tee it up. This will probably be the first good tournament of the year, since the course usually produces some drama (the last four years was won by a single stroke). It's an ok course in general. Maybe a bit overrated, but at least has more identity than some of the other stops.
In other news, Full Swing (season 2) just dropped on Netflix. Go watch that, as your viewership might cause them to make a 3rd season.

Good luck!
